Good Dog at the DBA ICC event

Last weekend (March 8-10) the Diamond Blackfan Anemia Foundation hosted The 13th Annual DBA International Consensus Conference (ICC.) This premier meeting brings together top DBA researchers and doctors from around the world. One of the main goals of the conference is to facilitate international exchange and encourage collaboration in research investigations for DBA.

This year, our Good Dog team took part in the DBA ICC by providing time, talent and expertise to ensuring that the conference went off without a hitch. I had the pleasure of providing onsite assistance with the event set up and kick off. And Sunday night, our very cool Intern, Chris Vroman performed at the reception with his band Immundane.

This was truly a remarkable group to be a part of. Leading up to the event, I worked with the DBAF team on planning and creating collateral. It was clear they were so eager to take on hosting the ICC and hoped to make it a year to remember. Once on site it was great to see all of the work come together and see the enthusiasm from the doctors, researchers and DBA family! I was thankful to get to work with such an inspiring group and represent Good Dog at the ICC!
